Welcome to Wellness Central. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Wellness Central website, online platform, booking services, and related features operated by Wellness Central OPC (“Wellness Central,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our website, creating an account, making a booking, purchasing or paying for a service, or otherwise using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or our services.
Wellness Central operates an online platform designed to connect customers with wellness service providers and facilities.
Through the platform, users may be able to search for wellness services, select a location, service, date and time, make or confirm bookings, and pay for eligible services online.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Wellness Central acts as a platform facilitating connections and transactions between customers and participating wellness service providers.
By using Wellness Central, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
If you are under the age required to enter into a legally binding agreement, you may use the platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to Wellness Central is accurate, complete, and current.
Certain features of the platform may require you to create or maintain an account.
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete account information;
Maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and other account credentials;
Restricting unauthorized access to your account; and
Informing us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or use of your account.
You are responsible for activities conducted through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, are used fraudulently, violate these Terms, or may pose a risk to Wellness Central, our providers, customers, or other users.
Wellness services available through the platform may be provided by independent third-party wellness providers, professionals, facilities, clinics, establishments, or other service partners (“Wellness Providers”).
Information concerning services, schedules, availability, facilities, qualifications, pricing, and other provider-specific details may be supplied by the applicable Wellness Provider.
While Wellness Central seeks to work with credible and reliable providers, the actual performance and delivery of third-party wellness services remain the responsibility of the applicable Wellness Provider, except where Wellness Central is expressly identified as the direct provider.
Users should review all information and requirements relating to a service before making a booking.
When making a booking through Wellness Central, you are responsible for reviewing your selected:
Wellness service;
Wellness Provider or facility;
Location;
Date and time;
Number of guests or participants, where applicable;
Price and applicable charges; and
Other booking conditions.
A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive confirmation through the platform, email, or another official Wellness Central communication channel.
Service availability is subject to the applicable Wellness Provider’s schedule and capacity.
Wellness Central or the applicable provider may contact you if changes to your booking become necessary.
Prices displayed on the website are generally shown in the currency indicated during the booking or checkout process.
By submitting payment, you authorize Wellness Central and/or its authorized payment service provider to process the applicable transaction.
You agree to provide accurate and valid billing and payment information.
Additional charges, taxes, service fees, processing fees, or other applicable costs may be displayed before you complete your transaction.
Wellness Central reserves the right to correct pricing errors. If an error affects an existing booking, we will take reasonable steps to inform the affected customer and provide appropriate options.
Cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and refund rules may vary depending on the Wellness Provider and the service booked.
Any applicable cancellation or refund conditions presented during booking, checkout, confirmation, or by the Wellness Provider form part of your booking conditions.
Users are responsible for reviewing these conditions before confirming a booking.
Late cancellations or failure to attend a scheduled appointment may result in cancellation charges or forfeiture of amounts paid where permitted under the applicable booking conditions and Philippine law.
Where a refund is approved, processing times may depend on the original payment method, payment processor, banking institution, and other factors outside Wellness Central’s direct control.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
Content and information available through Wellness Central are provided for general informational and platform-related purposes.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Wellness Central does not provide medical diagnoses, emergency medical services, or individualized medical advice through the website itself.
Wellness services should not automatically be considered substitutes for professional medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment.
You are responsible for determining whether a particular wellness service is appropriate for you. Where appropriate, you should consult a qualified physician or other licensed healthcare professional before participating in a wellness service, particularly if you have an existing medical condition, are pregnant, are taking medication, or have other health concerns.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, seek appropriate emergency medical assistance immediately.
When using Wellness Central, you agree not to:
Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive purposes;
Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, databases, or systems;
Introduce malware, viruses, malicious code, or other harmful technologies;
Interfere with the security, operation, or functionality of the website;
Copy, scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content without authorization;
Impersonate another individual or organization;
Make fraudulent bookings or payment transactions; or
Use the platform in a manner that violates applicable laws or the rights of another person.
We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
The website may contain links to or integrate services operated by third parties, including Wellness Providers, payment processors, social media platforms, mapping services, and other external platforms.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Wellness Central does not control and is not responsible for the content, security, availability, policies, or practices of independent third-party websites or platforms.
Unless otherwise indicated, the Wellness Central website and its original content, branding, logos, graphics, interface, layout, software, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Wellness Central OPC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the website only for personal and lawful purposes consistent with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected Wellness Central materials without prior written authorization, except where permitted by law.
Names, logos, images, trademarks, and materials belonging to Wellness Providers or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
If the platform allows you to submit reviews, comments, images, feedback, or other content, you are responsible for the material you submit.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, fraudulent, misleading, obscene, infringing, or otherwise violates the rights of another person.
By submitting content intended for publication on the platform, you grant Wellness Central a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for purposes related to operating, improving, and promoting the platform, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Your use of Wellness Central may involve the collection and processing of personal information.
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

We aim to maintain reliable access to Wellness Central but do not guarantee that the website or every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Access may occasionally be interrupted because of maintenance, updates, technical issues, internet or telecommunications failures, third-party service interruptions, cybersecurity incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue features of the platform where reasonably necessary.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and platform are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Wellness Central does not guarantee that every service, Wellness Provider, facility, description, schedule, or other third-party information will always be error-free or continuously available.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wellness Central OPC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform where such liability may lawfully be excluded.
Wellness Central is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, professional decisions, or service performance of third-party Wellness Providers except to the extent responsibility is imposed on Wellness Central by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Wellness Central OPC harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising directly from your unlawful use of the platform, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the platform if we reasonably determine that:
You have materially violated these Terms;
Your account is being used fraudulently;
Your activity threatens the security or integrity of the platform;
Suspension is required by law or a competent government authority; or
Continued access could cause harm to Wellness Central, a Wellness Provider, or another user.
Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide reasonable notice.
Wellness Central may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our services, business practices, legal requirements, or platform functionality.
When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the website or other appropriate means.
The updated Terms will indicate their effective date. Your continued use of the platform after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection, data protection, and other rights available under applicable law.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of Wellness Central shall be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine law and applicable rules concerning jurisdiction and venue.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.
Failure by Wellness Central to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it later.
